About Justin Riggin

Justin Riggin is an entrepreneur and small business owner based in Georgia. He is an engineer, builder, and leader in manufacturing and construction. Justin is also a dedicated father and community servant.

A licensed general contractor and land developer, Justin was influenced and inspired early in his life by two key figures: his maternal grandfather, an industrial designer, and his great uncle, an industrial engineer. During annual mission trips to work on Habitat for Humanity projects, he began building at a young age.

He has extensive experience working on an array of construction projects, including single-family homes, multi-family housing, high-rise buildings, retail, office, government, heavy industrial, utility, wastewater, and educational/institutional projects during his career.

Justin is the Principal of Industrial Water Solutions in Atlanta, which he started in 2023. The company provides water treatment solutions for manufacturers and municipalities. He is primarily responsible for running the day-to-day operations and finance.
